I'm afraid I've decided to enforce the age requirement. previous applicants who were under the age we decided on, which I decided to allow to apply anyway, I found, not that they were immature, but rather just below the maturity level we are looking for.

that being said, its unfair to make exceptions on new applicants, so even if you were of a more mature.. nature?.. we cannot accept your application. sorry.
